Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Equality of Independence and Fairness which are the 5 principles of GCG implementation are always the best practices of the Company to actualize a healthy and sustainable business and competitive in the competition.

The commitment to GCG in the Company’s body is reflected through regular reporting to the authorities. In addition, the Company also upholds the application of integrity pacts under the GCG guidelines as well as the promise of a business code of ethics to ensure that all BoC, BoD and all employees avoid conflict of interest, gratification and other non-compliance.

The Company ensures that compliance continues to be a fundamental element upheld by all of the Company’s employees. To that end, the Company disseminates and internalizes compliance-related policies through various efforts. One of them is by requiring all employees to sign the Code of Ethics Statement and make an announcement of the gratuity ban to all employees not to request, give or receive gifts in any form either directly or indirectly.

The Board of Directors and the management of the Company always prioritize and adapt the principles of GCG and compliance with the law in Indonesia so that in 2016 PT Pengerukan Indonesia does not have legal problems that could disrupt the smooth business of the Company.
