PT Pengerukan Indonesia (“Rukindo”) herewith announces plans to sell a package of dredgers consisting of 2 (two) dredgers owned by Rukindo (“Dredger Package”) as per particulars below. The Dredger Package will be sold on “as is and where is basis”.

Any parties who meet criterias and are willing to follow the sales procedure as set out by Rukindo below are invited to participate in the sales process.

Stages in Sale Process
Parties who are interested in participating in the sale process should submit their interest by email to the following address: dredger.selling@rukindo.co.id. Formated letter of interest can be downloaded from here. Letter of interest acts as a prerequisite for a prospective buyer to obtain procedures for registration as well as registration documents that must be fulfilled in order to be registered in the sale process. Reception of interest is opened from April 14th , 2016, while the registration and fulfillment of requirements will start from April 15th to April 26th , 2016.
